With this experience we've brought together all of the delights that horse racing has to offer. York is one of the Premier tracks in Europe. A day at York Racecourse can be a great day out for people of all ages. Whether you are fanatical about racing or you just want to have a good day out with friends, York offers a fantastic range of facilities. This package provides a day of luxury at an all inclusive price - starting from £410 and depending on the race meeting.

Vital Information
Please note that the declared price is a starting price and will be increased depending on the race meetings. Please call 02392 681 415 to book your date and ask for the final price. You'll need to book your date at least 8 weeks in advance and please note that you will receive a confirmation of your booked date, however your badges will not arrive until 5 days prior to the meeting. The racecourse requires both ladies and gentlemen to be smartly dressed (no Denim items please) . Gentlemen will be expected to wear jackets and ties at all times, open-necked shirts will not be permitted and ladies to respect the restaurant environment. Hats are welcome but not obligatory. Please also remember racecourses are often exposed to the elements, warm clothing is also advised.
The Weather
This experience may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions. Please telephone the location (or check www.racingpost.com) in the afternoon on the day prior to the experience to ensure that the meeting is taking place.
Session Length
Your experience could either be an afternoon meeting, starting around 11:30am or an evening meeting, usually starting around 16:00pm. On each card you can expect to watch 6 - 7 races.
Spectators
Non-paying guests cannot accompany you into the racecourse.
Dress Code
The racecourse requires both ladies and gentlemen to be smartly dressed (no Denim items please) . Gentlemen will be expected to wear jackets and ties at all times, open-necked shirts will not be permitted and ladies to respect the restaurant environment. Hats are welcome but not obligatory.
Availability
The York horse racing experience is available from May to October.
