Vital Information
- You must be over 16 to participate in this experience. Please note all fixtures are subject to availability. Premier meetings and concert meetings may not be available and, depending on the racecourse and meeting selected, a surcharge may be payable.
- It's important to note that your badges might not arrive until up to three days prior to the experience, and that you will need book your date at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Please note that at some racecourses it is not always possible to pre-order race card or pre-pay for parking. In these instances you will receive an extra Tote betting voucher as a replacement. Please note that it may be required for you to collect your badges upon arrival at the racecourse on some occasions.
- There is always the option to upgrade your experience to a premier/feature meeting/higher enclosure.
The Weather
- Experience may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions
- Please call the location (or check www.racingpost.com) in the afternoon on the day prior to the experience to ensure that the meeting is taking place
Session Length
- Experience could either be an afternoon meeting (starting around 11:30am)
- Or an evening meeting (starting around 16:00pm)
- You can expect to watch 6 - 7 races - Please allow up to 5 hours for your experience
Spectators
- Most racecourses provide free access for under 16's, if accompanied by an adult
Dress Code
- Usually smart dress code
- You will receive a detailed dress code description with your tickets
- Please remember racecourses are often exposed to the elements, warm clothing is advised
Availability
- Experience is available all year round
- Jumping season runs from September to April
- Flat season runs from March through to November (however flat racing runs throughout the year at the three all-weather circuits)
