Vital Information
- Excludes premier and feature race meetings such as, Grand Nationals, Boxing Day, Festivals, Derbies, concert/music meetings and a few race dates throughout the year (please contact us for details)
- You will need to book your date at least three weeks in advance
- Please note that you will receive a confirmation of your booked date
- Your badges will not arrive until three to five days prior to the meeting
- You must be over 16 to take part in this experience. Please note all fixtures are subject to availability.
* Some racecourses only offer one enclosure. We will provide the most exclusive admission tickets.
There is always the option to upgrade your experience to a premier/feature meeting/next higher enclosure.
The Weather
- This experience may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions
- You are advised to check the internet (www.racingpost.com) or telephone the location in the afternoon on the day prior to the experience to ensure that the meeting is taking place
Session Length
- Your experience could be an afternoon meeting (starting around 11.30AM) or an evening meeting (starting around 16.00)
- You can expect to see six to seven races
Spectators
- Most racecourses have free access for under 16, if accompanied by an adult
Dress Code
- Guests with entrance into special enclosures are often required to dress smartly
- Please remember racecourses are often exposed to the elements - warm clothing is advised
- Please note that you will receive a detailed dress code description with your booking
