The Experience
This
experience brings together all of the delights that
horse racing has to offer. Often referred to as the "Sport of King's you'll be close to the action on the track and
experience the charms of the hospitality.
The Itinerary includes:
- 2 Admission Badges
- Table for the Day
- 2 Course Buffet Lunch
- Half Bottle of Wine per person with lunch
- Racecards
Vital Information
Guests to this
Horse Racing experience are required to dress smartly. Gentlemen are advised to wear a jacket and tie. Please also remember racecourses are often exposed to the elements, warm clothing is also advised. You'll need to book your date at least 4 weeks in advance and please note that you will receive a confirmation of your booked date, however your badges will not arrive until 5 days prior to the meeting.
The Weather
This Horseracing
experience may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions. Please telephone the location in the afternoon on the day prior to the experience to ensure that the meeting is taking place.
Session Length
Your
Day at the Horseracing experience could either be an afternoon meeting, starting around 11:30am or an evening meeting, usually starting around 16:00pm. On each card you can expect to watch 6 - 7 races.
Spectators
Non-paying guests
can not accompany you into the racecourse.
Dress Code
A smart dress code is required. Gentlemen are advised to wear a jacket and tie.
Availability
All Year round. The NH Jumping season runs from September to April and the Flat season runs from March through to November. However flat racing runs throughout the year at the three all-weather circuits.
